Sublimation Camp Speaker Information

June 25th-27th, 2026

Welcome to Sublimation Camp!

We’re so excited to team up with you for Sublimation & Beyond Camp—now in its fifth year!

Sublimation Camp is a 3-day virtual event happening June 25-27, 2026, designed to introduce beginner and intermediate crafters to sublimation (and beyond!). This year, we’re continuing with the additional DTF and white toner printing content to expand garment decoration a bit!

Over the past four years, this camp has grown into a fun, welcoming space for crafters to learn, create, and connect—and we’re so excited to build on that momentum for year five.

While the overall camp experience will feel familiar, all 2026 workshops will be completely new, with fresh projects, updated techniques, and plenty of helpful tips and tricks along the way. Sublimation, DTF, and white toner are all great fits!

Campers can attend for free during the live event, with each workshop available for a limited time. They’ll also have the option to upgrade to an All-Access Pass, which includes extended viewing access and additional bonuses.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to make your speaker experience smooth and enjoyable. And if you have any questions or need anything along the way, we’re here to help—just reach out anytime at team@craftingcamps.com

Your Host

Hi, I’m Angie Holden!

I’m the blogger and YouTuber behind The Country Chic Cottage, where I share weekly sublimation and Cricut crafts. I’m passionate about making sublimation feel approachable by breaking it down into simple, step-by-step tutorials for crafters of all levels.

As the host of Sublimation & Beyond Camp, I love bringing creative people together and creating a space that feels fun, encouraging, and full of inspiration. I’m so glad you’re here!

Benefits of Joining Us

Being part of Sublimation & Beyond Camp is about more than just showing up for a workshop—it’s a chance to step into a larger creative community and be seen in a whole new way.

Throughout camp, you’ll be connecting with a highly engaged audience of crafters who are excited to learn, try new techniques, and discover new creators. It’s a natural way to introduce your style, your teaching, and what you offer—without it feeling forced.

You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your audience as new campers join your email list and start following along with your work. These are people who are already interested in what you teach, which makes those connections even more meaningful.

One of the best parts of camp is the community. You’ll be alongside other talented creators, opening the door for conversations, collaborations, and relationships that can continue long after the event ends.

And as you show up throughout the event—whether in your workshop, the Facebook group, or around the “campfire”—you’ll continue building visibility and trust with attendees who are getting to know you in a fun, relaxed way.

Plus…

  • We also guarantee a minimum affiliate payout of $250, so you are compensated for your efforts.

— Karanne S.

  • Your basic information (bio, headshot, links, etc.).

  • Interact in the attendee Facebook group to answer questions and keep attendees engaged.
  • Optional but encouraged: Include a product or freebie in the All-Access Pass to incentivize purchases. Examples include a sublimation file bundle, cheat sheets, mini-courses, etc.

  • To simplify information collection, all information will be submitted via a Content Snare. You will receive two requests from us. One for Speaker Information that should be completed ASAP, and one for Workshop Information that should be completed once you have finished your video. We’ll send quick reminders periodically until we see everything come through.

AAP Contribution – Due May 1st – (Optional But Highly Encouraged)

Optional, but highly encouraged: Add a bonus item to the All-Access Pass to help make it even more irresistible for campers!

If you’d like to include a bonus item for our All-Access Pass, upload it using the Content Snare form. These items greatly increase the value of the All-Access Pass and drive more conversions, leading to more affiliate sales for you!

Think of it as a little extra something in their camp pack—a way to showcase your work and give attendees a deeper experience with you.

Bonus items can include things like cheat sheets, a sublimation file bundle, a mini course, an ebook, checklists, etc. Please do not reuse a bonus item you’ve used before, so we can keep the AAP fresh for our campers.

Giveaways (Optional But Recommended)

Looking for a fun way to stand out at Sublimation & Beyond Camp? A giveaway is a great way to spark excitement and connect with attendees—drawing people in, building buzz, and giving them a reason to engage with you beyond your workshop.

While giveaways are optional, they’re a fantastic way to grow your audience, increase your visibility, and build your email list.

All you need to provide is your prize on your workshop More Information page.

Facebook Group Participation

We’ll have a free Facebook group for all attendees—think of it as our creative camp that’s buzzing with activity all day long!

Campers will be sharing, creating, and connecting throughout the day, and then each evening we’ll wind down together around the campfire.

Please be sure to join and stop in on your presentation day to answer questions and connect with attendees.

I encourage you to jump in beyond that if you can—it’s one of the best ways for attendees to get to know you, connect with your teaching style, and feel comfortable taking the next step with you.

You can also introduce yourself, share your workshop, and casually mention your favorite tools, products, or freebies.
