Welcome to Sublimation & Beyond Camp!

Sublimation Camp is a 3-day virtual event happening June 25-27, 2026, designed to introduce beginner and intermediate crafters to sublimation (and beyond!). This year, we’re continuing with the additional DTF and white toner printing content to expand garment decoration a bit!

Over the past four years, this camp has grown into a fun, welcoming space for crafters to learn, create, and connect—and we’re so excited to build on that momentum for year five.

While the overall camp experience will feel familiar, all 2026 workshops will be completely new, with fresh projects, updated techniques, and plenty of helpful tips and tricks along the way. Sublimation, DTF, and white toner are all great fits!

Campers can attend for free during the live event, with each workshop available for a limited time. They’ll also have the option to upgrade to an All-Access Pass, which includes extended viewing access and additional bonuses.

With more than 30,000 attendees at past camps, this is a powerful opportunity to connect with crafters who are actively investing in their crafting skills.

Hi, I’m Angie Holden!

I’m the blogger and YouTuber behind The Country Chic Cottage, where I share weekly sublimation and Cricut crafts. I currently have a Shopify store and ran a profitable Etsy store for years.

My passion is helping others succeed with their small businesses and turn a side hustle into a full-time income!

As the host of Sublimation & Beyond Camp, I love bringing creative people together and creating a space that feels fun, encouraging, and full of inspiration. I’m so glad you’re here!

Your Sponsorship Includes:

  • Your logo on sales and other Sublimation & Beyond Camp pages and in promotion emails
  • Option to offer a Sublimation & Beyond Camp-only special/coupon (Trailblazers and Firestarters)
  • Option to offer a giveaway in exchange for attendees joining your email list, liking your social, etc.
  • A Facebook community for both speakers, sponsors, and attendees, so you will get to make new connections and expose your business to new eyes!
  • Trailblazers also get a Facebook and Email feature!
  • Trailblazers can also opt to be on a future podcast episode of Crafting for Profit Live.

  • Your basic information (bio, logo, links, etc.).
  • Trailblazer and Firestarter levels: A pre-recorded 20-30 minute video presentation teaching
    a skill or project using supplies and blanks that you offer (these will be directly linked in the description of your video). You can re-use the video on your own channels if you’d like. We just ask that you wait 90 days to create exclusivity for Sublimation & Beyond Camp.
  • Trailblazer and Firestarter levels: The files you use in your presentation (if applicable).
  • Interact in the attendee Facebook group to answer questions and keep attendees engaged.
  • Optional: Provide swag to ship to our speakers. While we cannot guarantee they will share, the combined reach of our speakers is in the millions!
  • Optional: Spread the word to your email list and social media communities!
  • Trailblazers and Firestarters levels: Offer a Sublimation & Beyond Camp-only special/coupon
  • Optional: Offer a giveaway in exchange for attendees joining your email list,
  • liking your social, etc
  • To simplify information collection, all information will be submitted via a Content Snare. You will receive two requests from us. One for Sponsor Information that should be completed ASAP, and one for Workshop Information that should be completed once you have finished your video. We’ll send quick reminders periodically until we see everything come through. 

Details For The Requested Deliverables

Sponsorship Agreement – Due ASAP

  • Once you have agreed to be a “Camp Sponsor” for the event, we will send you a Sponsorship Agreement for your signature through an email from Adobe Sign.
  • Before you sign your agreement, please finish reading this page, then sign and submit it.

Sponsor Information Form – Due July 1st

  • You will receive a link to your Content Snare Sponsor Information Form by email. Please complete it by July 1st.
  • This form will request information about you and about the workshop.
  • This year, we will again have a basics section that will be free all three days. It will include topics such as “Getting Found on Google: SEO Basics” and other concepts. These will be reused content for the most part.
  • The daily classes will be all new! Feel free to think outside the box and even take your class topic to the next level. We are open to anything!
  • Please note: We will do first-come, first-served on topics!

Sponsor Workshop Information Form – Presentation, Supply List, etc – Due August 14th

  • You will receive a link to your Content Snare Sponsor Workshop Information Form in another email. Please complete by August 14th.
  • NOTE: Your sponsorship level will determine whether you need a video. Please email us if you have questions.
  • This form will collect your presentation video link, supply list (if applicable), and other workshop details.
  • We request that your workshop be approximately 30 minutes long, with no music during the talking portions of the video. If you need significantly more or less time, let us know.
  • Use the last 3 minutes to promote your more information page and any offers that you have
  • Feel free to ask attendees to follow you on social.
  • Provide a list of supplies (if applicable). You do not need to link to include links to your supplies (see the More Information Link section below).

More Information Link – Due August 14th  – (Optional, But Encouraged)

  • This link will be collected in your Sponsor Workshop Information Form.
  • We’ll include a “More Information” link on your sponsor page. This will link to a page on your website where attendees can learn more about your company and any other information you would like to include.
    Some things to include on this page are:
    • Your supply list -( include links to items they can purchase on your website if applicable)
    • Links to other helpful crafty business info on your site
    •  Links to your own paid resources
    • A freebie (different from your All-Access Pass Bonus Item) behind an email form to capture the email addresses of attendees
    • Coupon codes for your products
    • A giveaway of the item of your choice
    • Anything else you think attendees find helpful
  • Please ensure your More Information link is live and ready for campers on September 11th.

All Access Pass Contribution -Due August 14th – (Optional, But Highly Encouraged)

Optional, but highly encouraged: Add a bonus item to the All-Access Pass to help make it even more irresistible for campers!

If you’d like to include a bonus item in our All-Access Pass, you can easily upload it through the Content Snare form.

These exclusive bonuses play a powerful role in increasing the perceived value of the All-Access Pass and helping drive conversions—while giving attendees valuable resources they can use right away to grow and succeed in their creative businesses, and putting your brand directly in front of an engaged, action-taking audience.

Bonus items can include things like cheat sheets, a file bundle, a mini course, an ebook, checklists, etc. Please do not reuse a bonus item you’ve used before, so we can keep the AAP fresh for our campers.

Giveaways (Optional But Recommended) – Make Live by September 11th

Everyone loves a giveaway! We would love to host a giveaway for your fabulous items. The prize is up to you and can be of any monetary value. We do ask that you ship the item to the winner from your location.

There is space in the Content Snare form for your giveaway item information. We will need information on your item as well as what you would like participants to do to enter (for example, follow your Instagram account or join your email list). This is a great way to boost your social media following or email list!

Please provide your prize entry form on your workshop’s More Information page and make it live on September 11th.

Exclusive Coupon Code – Due August 14th – (Optional, But Highly Encouraged)

To encourage more sales, we do recommend offering a coupon code just for Sublimation Camp attendees. The value of that coupon code is up to you, but we do ask that you leave the coupon code active until July 31, 2027, in order to give people time to shop. You can also add a higher-value coupon code to the All-Access Pass above if you would like.

Speaker Swag – Due August 15th – (Optional, But Highly Encouraged)

Our speakers combined have millions of followers! We would like to offer you the chance to add swag to our speaker boxes. Each speaker will get a custom-curated box from the host of Sublimation Camp merchandise, as well as any goodies you want to include. These can be physical items, gift cards, fun swag, or any other idea you may have!

We do need to ask that these be received by August 15, 2026, in order to have time for packaging and shipment. Add your speaker swag information to the Content Snare form. You will also find a shipping address on that form for shipment.

Facebook Group Participation

We’ll have a free Facebook group for all attendees—think of it as our creative camp that’s buzzing with activity all day long!

Campers will be sharing, creating, and connecting throughout the day, and then each evening we’ll wind down together around the campfire.

Please be sure to join and stop in on your presentation day to answer questions and connect with attendees.

I encourage you to jump in beyond that if you can—it’s one of the best ways for attendees to get to know you, connect with your brand, and feel comfortable taking the next step with you.

You can also introduce yourself, share your workshop details, and casually mention your brand and what you offer.

Promotional Period

Promotion for Sublimation & Beyond Camp officially begins at 9:00 AM EST on Monday, September 14th

You can begin teasing the event to your audience beforehand, but please wait to share any links or specific details until after that time.

Promotional Materials

We’ll have your full camp kit ready to go with everything you need to spread the word about Sublimation & Beyond Camp—including social graphics, photos, and ready-to-use swipe copy as we get closer to the event.

Want to add your own personal touch? You’ll also have access to a brand kit and Canva templates so you can easily create custom promo pieces that feel like you.
